Did you know the Trend of People Moving has changed so dramatically? In the past, most people moved only a few miles from their original home. Today 25% of people who move change their location by more than 470 miles. Not all people are moving out of CA, but a change in the Work Environment. People can work remotely and live in a spot they only dreamed about. (Yes, there are some who move for Tax reasons, but the saving is not that much, if any, in general)
